How we work?
Your satisfaction is our objective, therefore the first step is to identify exactly what it is you want to buy, along with your preferred locations. We offer advice on specific regions in Spain, the climate, prices, and other information to help you make your choice of location easier.
Clients normally contact us initially by phone or e-mail and, once we have a clear profile of what our clients are looking for, our team of Spanish agents initiates a search, always looking for the best options for you.
To speed up the process we encourage clients to search our website for available properties. Click on the photograph to bring up additional information, send us an e-mail, and one of our agents will be in touch regarding the property you are interested in.
Once we find something of interest to you, the next step is to spend two or three days in Spain checking out the selected property or properties. One of our agents will personally escort you and, if necessary, can act as an interpreter. Once you make your decision to buy, we will assist with all the paperwork, contracts, notaries, property registration, certificates, etc., up until the property is legally yours.
Remember: you pay absolutely nothing for our services! Our professional fees are included in the sales price, as part of a small commission paid by the seller.
